Our primary aim with all internal rodent infestations is to find the point of ingress - this block of 9 terrace houses had a plethora!

All properties have had on-going Rat issues throughout their wall cavities and attic spaces for many years, with various companies struggling to control the issue or find points of ingress.

We carried out a full camera inspection of the complex drain system and gulleys surrounding each property and found cracked pipes, uncapped pipes, disused gulleys, and defects, at every single property

To give almost immediate relief of ingress, we fitted a one-way stainless steel valve to the outflow of each drain property, allowing all waste and flow to exit the property, but prevent Rats running back up the gulleys and In to the wall cavities.

Recommendations have been made permanently repair the defect.
