  • Tom & Fern were brilliant from the start, returned our call within 24 hours, Fern arrived when she said she would & dealt with the wasp nest within 20 minutes. Fern is extremely knowledgeable & gave us invaluable advice. The wasp nest seems to be inactive now & it's only been 24hrs but I'm not worried as I have a 3 month warranty. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom & Fern

Tom then attended my property promptly and immediately identified the problem. Problem was then resolved there and then so no need for him to revisit and there has been no further issues since.
